🎯 Stamina Overview

What is Stamina?

Stamina represents your character's physical endurance, affecting:

  • HP/SP recovery rates

  • Movement slightly (on some servers)

  • Character performance

💪 HP/SP Recovery

Sitting Recovery

Sit Down (Insert key or /sit):

  • Greatly increased HP/SP recovery

  • Cannot move while sitting

  • Vulnerable to attacks

  • Essential for downtime

Recovery Rates:

  • Standing: Base recovery rate

  • Sitting: 2x - 3x recovery rate

  • With skills: Further increased (Increase SP Recovery)

Natural Recovery

Passive Recovery:

  • Slow HP/SP recovery while standing/walking

  • Based on VIT (HP) and INT (SP)

  • Constant but minimal

Factors Affecting Recovery:

  • VIT stat (HP recovery)

  • INT stat (SP recovery)

  • Basic Skills (Increase SP Recovery)

  • Equipment bonuses

  • Food buffs

Food Items

HP Recovery Foods:

  • Apple: +16-22 HP

  • Meat: +70-100 HP

  • Honey: +70-100 HP, +5 SP

  • Royal Jelly: +325 HP, +35 SP

Stat Foods (temporary buffs):

  • Increase stats for duration

  • Stack with other buffs

  • Available from NPCs or cooking

Buffs That Help

Priest Skills:

  • Magnificat: 2x SP recovery rate for all party members

  • Blessing: Stat increase (indirect help)

Other Skills:

  • Increase SP Recovery (Basic Skill) - passive bonus

🛌 Rest & Recovery

Full Recovery Methods

Kafra Services:

  • Talk to Kafra → "Save" (sets spawn point)

  • Full HP/SP restoration

  • Free of charge

Warp to Town:

  • Butterfly Wing → Return to save point

  • Full recovery on respawn

Resurrection:

  • Priest Resurrection skill

  • Returns with portion of HP/SP

💡 Managing Resources

SP Management

For All Classes:

  • Use skills efficiently

  • Don't spam unnecessarily

  • Sit between fights

  • Carry Blue Potions

For SP-Heavy Classes (Wizard, Priest):

  • Max INT for larger SP pool

  • Invest in SP recovery gear

  • Always carry Blue Potions/SP items

  • Use Magnificat when available

HP Management

Combat Tips:

  • Monitor HP bar constantly

  • Heal at 50-70% HP (safe)

  • Carry appropriate potions

  • Use healing skills if available

  • Retreat when low
