🎯 Party System Overview

The Party System allows players to group together for shared experience, loot distribution, and coordinated combat.

Party Benefits

  • Shared Experience: EXP distributed among members

  • Party Buffs: Some skills affect all party members

  • Shared Healing: Heal skills work on party members

  • Coordination: Team chat and organization

  • Bonus EXP: Proximity bonus for nearby members

🎮 Creating & Managing Parties

Creating a Party

Method 1: Manual Creation

  1. Type /organize "Party Name" in chat

  2. Or use Party Window (Alt+Z)

  3. You become the Party Leader

Method 2: Party Window

  1. Press Alt+Z to open Party Window

  2. Click "Create Party"

  3. Enter party name

  4. Click "OK"

Party Name Tips:

  • Keep it descriptive (e.g., "Orc Dungeon Party")

  • Max 24 characters

  • Make it relevant to your activity

Inviting Members

As Party Leader:

  1. Right-click on a player

  2. Select "Invite to Party"

  3. Or type: /invite "Player Name"

  4. Player receives invitation

  5. They accept or decline

Maximum Party Size: 12 players

Joining a Party

When Invited:

  1. You receive party invitation notification

  2. Click "Accept" or "Decline"

  3. Or type /leave to decline

Leaving a Party

To Leave:

  • Type /leave in chat

  • Or use Party Window → Leave Party button

  • You exit the party immediately

Leader Leaving:

  • If leader leaves, leadership transfers to next member

  • Party name and settings preserved

📊 Party Settings

EXP Distribution

Even Share (Default):

  • EXP split equally among all members

  • Regardless of contribution

  • Best for: Balanced parties

Individual Take:

  • Each member gets EXP based on damage dealt

  • Like solo hunting but with party benefits

  • Best for: Power leveling weaker members

How to Change:

  1. Party Leader opens Party Window

  2. Click "Settings"

  3. Select distribution method

Item Distribution

Individual Loot:

  • First person to pick up gets the item

  • Fast reflexes required

  • Default setting

Round Robin:

  • Loot distributed in turns

  • Fair for everyone

  • Recommended for valuable drops

Leader Loot:

  • Party leader receives all items

  • Leader distributes manually

  • Best for: Organized farming

🎁 Party Experience System

EXP Calculation

Solo EXP vs Party EXP:

  • Solo: 100% of monster EXP

  • 2-member party: ~110% total (55% each)

  • 3-member party: ~120% total (40% each)

  • 12-member party: ~150% total (12.5% each)

Bonus Conditions:

  • All members within 14 levels of each other

  • All members on same map

  • All members within screen range

Level Gap Penalty:

  • If level difference > 15 levels

  • Lower level members get reduced EXP

  • Prevents power leveling abuse

Proximity Bonus

To receive full party EXP:

  • Stay within 14 cells of other party members

  • On the same map

  • Alive (dead members don't share EXP)

Priest Skills

  • Blessing: +STR, +INT, +DEX to all party members

  • Increase AGI: +AGI, +Movement Speed to all

  • Kyrie Eleison: Magic shield on party members

  • Magnificat: Increase SP recovery for party

  • Impositio Manus: +ATK to party members

  • Suffragium: Reduce casting time

  • Assumptio: Massive DEF boost (High Priest)

Bard/Dancer Skills

  • Songs/Dances: Area buffs affecting party

  • Ensemble Skills: Male+Female duet super buffs

  • Various stat bonuses depending on song/dance

Sage Skills

  • Endow Skills: Add elemental properties to weapons

  • Land Protector: Protect area from ground skills

Blacksmith/Alchemist

  • Weapon Perfection: Party-wide perfect attack

  • Over Thrust: Party-wide +ATK boost

  • Aid Potion: Healing with potions (Alchemist)

Party Buff Strategy

Optimal Buffing:

  1. Priest buffs first (Blessing, Agi, etc.)

  2. Support classes add their buffs

  3. Offensive buffs last (Over Thrust, etc.)

  4. Rebuff when duration expires

Buff Duration:

  • Most buffs last 2-5 minutes

  • Higher skill level = longer duration

  • Some buffs until dispelled

🎯 Party Roles

Tank

Classes: Knight, Crusader, Paladin, Champion Role:

  • Draw monster aggro

  • Protect weaker members

  • Position enemies for AOE

Tips:

  • Use Provoke to hold aggro

  • Stand between monsters and party

  • Monitor HP and call for heals

DPS (Damage Dealer)

Classes: Wizard, Hunter, Assassin, Lord Knight Role:

  • Deal maximum damage

  • Kill monsters quickly

  • Focus fire priority targets

  • Let tank pull first

Support
